A cookie is a small file a site leaves in your browser so it can recognise the same visitor again. This page lists the ones we set and what each is for.
These terms cover your use of this site, all bookings made through it, and your participation in our prize games and interactive challenges. Visiting SpinCity means you agree to them.
You are welcome to view, save and print these pages for your own reference. Do not copy or republish them without permission, or claim them as your own work.
A booking request through the site is a reservation inquiry, not a confirmed slot. Your game night or arcade challenges booking is confirmed once we have sent written approval with the date, time, and price.
We run a limited number of group bookings and private events each season. If we cannot accommodate your group size or preferred date, or if your custom challenge cannot be created in time, we will let you know rather than overcommit.
All prices are set before you book, and a deposit is usually required to hold your slot. The remaining balance is due before your visit or when you claim major prizes.
Difficulty, design, and physical appearance of our arcade challenges vary slightly each season, and photos cannot capture every detail. These differences make each entertainment venue experience authentic and engaging—not a defect.
We prepare your indoor entertainment experience carefully, and your prizes are ready before your scheduled arrival. If you notice any issue with a prize or game malfunction during your visit, notify staff immediately and we will replace or repair it.
Custom challenges created specifically for your group cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a genuine equipment fault, because they were designed for your event alone.
The photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to the studio. Ask before reusing them and we will usually say yes.
We stand behind what we make and will put right anything that is our fault. We are not responsible for damage caused by ordinary wear, misuse or accident.
Any changes we make here will be posted with the date shown at the top.
